XCode wouldnt deploy to my phone with ios 10.3 but it worked on 10.2. So I decided to update XCode. XCode wont let me update becase 'Xcode can’t be installed on “Macintosh HD” because OS X version 10.12 or later is required.' Installing macOS Mojave 10.14.3 Supplemental Update on your Mac updates the build number of macOS to 18D109. This build contains the security content described in this article. If you update to macOS Mojave 10.14.3 and your macOS build is not 18D109, make sure you also install the Supplemental Update. Step 2: Change the setting, enable your Mac can download from 'Anywhere'. If you have upgraded your Mac to macOS 10.12 Sierra or higher, you just click 'Open Anyway', like this: Step 3: Re-download the software or re-open the download file on your Mac.
After finally achieving the setup of a VM on Windows for a MacOS Mojave 10.14 based machine, i went through an issue that made me impossible to install XCode on the MacOS due to the limitation of the AppStore, that doesn't allow to download applications without an Apple ID. That by itself is not the problem, as you can easily create (and need) an apple account through a simple form and that's it, however you won't be able to login to the account in the AppStore of the machine.
Fortunately, the issue can be bypassed easily following the steps that we will mention on this article.

When you quit, you will be prompted for the password of the administrator to save changes. Once you do this, restart your Mac and try to login once again to the AppStore, it should work now and you will be able to do whatever you need to do in your virtual machine, like installing xcode from the AppStore.
